Export your hours from Harvest to CSV; WorkLog recognises the file and maps the columns.
- 1. Export from Harvest
- In Harvest open Reports → New report → Detailed time, choose the timeframe, click Run report, then Export → CSV.
- 2. Import into WorkLog
- Settings → Import: upload the file. WorkLog recognises the export, maps the columns (dates, hours, client, project, tags, billable) and shows a preview — nothing is saved until you decide.
- 3. Check and confirm
- Every row is either imported or listed with its reason, so you know exactly what moved. WorkLog can create missing clients, projects, tasks and tags during the import.
Importing a whole team: if the export has an email column, rows go to the right people in your workspace.

Questions
- Will I lose data?
- No: the import shows a preview first and lists any row it cannot read, with the reason. Your Harvest account stays untouched — compare before you cancel.
- Can I import my whole team’s time?
- Yes, when the export has people’s emails and they are members of your workspace. Owners and admins can import other people’s time.
- What does it cost?
- There is a free plan for one person. Paid plans have one flat price per workspace, not per person — see pricing.
