Our pricing promise
Other time trackers raised prices, moved rates and exports behind paywalls, or started charging per project. We put the rules in writing.
- Your price is locked
- The price you sign up at stays yours for as long as your subscription runs on that plan.
- No per-seat creep
- One flat price per workspace up to the plan’s limit. Adding a colleague does not change the bill.
- Rates and export stay free
- Billable rates and the full CSV/JSON export are in every plan, including Free. Your data is never held hostage.
- Nothing is taken away
- We do not remove a feature from a plan you are paying for.
- Leave any time
- Cancel in Settings. You drop to Free at the end of the period and keep your data.
Questions
- How does the trial work?
- Every new workspace gets Studio for 14 days, no card required. At the end you choose a plan, or the workspace continues on Free with all your data.
- Do I get a VAT invoice?
- Yes. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, which issues the invoice and handles VAT. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).
- What happens if I go over a limit?
- Nothing is deleted. You cannot add more people or active clients than the plan allows until you upgrade or archive something.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of the current period.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — see the refund policy. In short: 14 days, no questions asked, for your first payment and for each yearly renewal.
