Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get your money back for a paid WorkLog plan provided by BINARY BRAIN TECHNOLOGIES SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1.In short

If WorkLog is not right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment — or of a yearly renewal — and you get a full refund. No questions asked.

2.Try before you pay

Every new workspace can use the Studio plan free for 14 days, without a payment card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.

3.14-day money-back

  • A full refund of your first payment for a paid plan, monthly or yearly, if you ask within 14 days of that payment.
  • A full refund of a yearly renewal, if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date.
  • When we refund, the subscription ends and the workspace continues on the Free plan with all its data.

4.After 14 days

  • You can cancel at any time in Settings. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then moves to Free; nothing is deleted.
  • We do not refund the unused part of a period after the 14 days, and moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • This does not limit refunds the law entitles you to (section 7), or refunds for a serious fault on our side that we cannot fix.

5.How to ask for a refund

Write to support@worklog.click from the email address of your WorkLog account, or use the order help link in the receipt email from Paddle. Include the order number from the receipt if you have it. The refund goes back to the original payment method; when it arrives depends on your bank or card provider.

6.If we end the service

If we end the agreement or stop providing WorkLog for a reason on our side (section 19 of the Terms of Service), we refund the unused, prepaid part of your subscription.

7.Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, your rights under mandatory law — including the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days and your rights when a digital service does not conform to the contract — apply in addition to this policy and are not limited by it.

8.Who processes payments

Paid plans are sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as our reseller and merchant of record: Paddle processes the payment, issues the invoice and handles VAT, and its Buyer Terms apply to the purchase. Refunds under this policy are issued through Paddle.
